Within the continuous process of constant improvement in which TESEM is immersed, a project has been launched to increase the energy efficiency of the anodizing plant. This project has affected the cooling system and the lighting of the whole industrial plant.
For the realization of this project of improvement in energy efficiency TESEM has invested € 343,797.71. Thanks to the energy savings achieved by TESEM, the company has received a grant of € 72,571.08 from the Fondo Nacional de Eficencia Energética. This line of aid, which is coordinated by the Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE) and managed by the Institut Català d’Energia (ICAEN), is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with the aim of achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy.
