Mechanical engraving

The deformable properties of aluminium allow for very precise mechanical engraving. We can perform these operations with the same machinery as used for deep drawing and customized machinery for additional processes. Mechanical engraving allows embossing and debossing, side engraving, marking and piercing, etc.

Laser engraving

This method of decoration has recently had a strong impact on the market due to the highly "laserable" properties of aluminium. Laser engraving has many advantages and allows a wide range of decoration options, such as graphics, logos, texts, etc.

Laser engraving produces a sharp, well-defined and permanent impression. It also offers quick results compared to other more conventional ink printing techniques.
TESEM equipment includes various laser engraving machines and the whole decoration process is handled within its facilities.

Screen printing

Screen printing allows printing logos, texts, brands, etc. on almost any surface. On anodized aluminium finishes, screen printing can be done in one colour. Screen printing is a method that involves transferring ink through a mesh, which is blocked in blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and the ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface.

Pad printing

Pad printing can print logos, texts, brands, etc. on any surface. A colour-coated template is transferred to a silicone pad, which is pressed onto the part to be decorated.

Hot stamping

Hot-stamping can print logos, texts, brands, etc. on metal and plastic surfaces. Hot stamping is a dry printing method. The print transfer is obtained by a combination of pressure, heat and speed.

Labelling

Labelling packaging components (caps, label plates, etc.) provides the possibility of customizing packaging at very reasonable cost. TESEM has developed an automatic labelling system for aluminium cylindrical caps. The system applies to adhesive paper labels, plastic and leather labels, and other materials.
